Training programme

I. TRAINING ORIENTATION

To provide undergraduates with necessary knowledge and skills, and to integrate theory into practice so as graduates can effectively participate in solving urgent problems in the process of industrialization and urbanization.

II. TRAINING OBJECTIVES

To offer graduates Bachelor of Science Degrees in Urban Studies.

To provide students with based and specialized knowledge and essential skills to meet the demands of labor market.

III. CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Graduates of Urban Studies can undertake various roles in relation to consulting, coordination, policy design, management of urban units  and departments;  project design, management and evaluation; teaching and researchers at universities and research institutes, and many more regarding urban development.

IV. TRAINING FIELDS

Combining technological sciences and social sciences and humanities, the Undergraduate Training Program of Urban Studies focuses on the following training fields:

1. Urban Administration Management.

2. Urban Planning -  Architecture and Technical Infrastructure Management.

3. Socio-economic and Environmental Project Management

V. TRAINING PROGRAMME

1. Enrollment:

- All students who graduated from high school in the country are eligible to apply for a University entrance examination to the Faculty of Urban Studies.

-  Enrollment is implemented with requirement of two examination blocks including A (Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry) and D1 (Mathematics, Literature, and English). Students can either take a Block A or D1 exam.

2. Requirement:

- Each student is required to obtain 126 credits (excluding courses as Physical Education, Military Training, Computer Competency and Foreign Language).
